i read her book it was so intense so good,,, my uncle played music & he suffer a lot like her with the drug problems,, but he thought me early on in my life about the genius of Lady Day,, an i love her range her style her art what she contribute to music is huge an I’ll always cherish this kind of real soulful music,, Rip Billie & Rip my dearest uncle,, who also died over drugs too…(

When I hear this song, my heart aches and I become scared that something like what this song describes might come true once again against immigrants.
